The condition of the hull is like new...no scratches. The cockpit is is in great shape, especially the cushions, with a few small cracks as seen in pictures. The cabin soft goods are in good condition, a little wear on the dinette seating cushions, salon mirror is cracked in need of replacement and the NEWER carpeting looks great. The head and everything else is fresh smelling not like other boats I've been on recently. Two flaws were the hot water heater was removed and needs replacement and the blower was squealing and needs replacing. The owner has a new blower on boat but will leave that to its new owners.
The canvas camper top and mooring cover are all in good condition as well.
