This boat has a wide beam at 12' and provides lots of interior space. A cool feature is most every drawer and cabinet in the cabin lights up when open. What a great feature, once you have it you'll never want to be without it.Climbing aboard the large swim platform you walk through the transom doorway spotting the transom shower on the way. The cockpit has ample seating all the way around the transom and up to the swivel bucket captain's seat and large bench companion seat to port. The upholstery is in good condition with the exception of the rear bench seat facing the stern on the very corner where everyone bumps into the corner has small cracks, not very noticeable. Other than that it shows great. The console has quite an array of gauges and electronics including depth gauge, Hummingbird 100sx, and Garmin GPS 180, Loran, which no longer is functional, Standard Horizon VHF and engine hours showing 678 to port and 577 to starboard.Stepping down into the cabin the feeling of spaciousness immediately. This is a wide boat. To starboard is the large dinette and table where you can imagine the family playing board and card games after a nicely prepared meal from the galley. To aft is a nicely open aft bedroom/lounge area. I liked the feel of openness of that area too having a nice view of the rest of the cabin.The galley is nicely appointed with a larger sized refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave and two burner stove. The flat screen 22" TV is located in the galley and can be seen across to the dinette and galley and angled for the forward Island berth. Of course you have AC and Heat running 16,500 BTU's. There is even a central vacuuming system!The boat is currently winterized and shrinkwrapped, but has a zippered opening for showing of the cockpit and inside cabin.
